Job Summary: The Business Development Manager will be pivotal in driving sales growth and commercial development by planning, executing, and monitoring strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Develop sales processes and manage field agents.
• Lead problem resolution for high-value clients.
• Conduct market research and assessments.
• Recruit customers (B2C & B2B).
• Support brand marketing efforts.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 2+ years of sales or business development experience, including in property management.
• Strong communication and IT skills.

Pay: ₦180,00.00 per month
