Position: Virtual Medical Assistant

Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST (U.S. Time Zone)
We are seeking a skilled Virtual Medical Assistant with a strong healthcare background. Responsibilities include managing phone calls, performing insurance eligibility checks, and handling Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
Qualifications:
- 1 year of experience as a Virtual Medical Assistant (Required)
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and insurance processes
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
