The Change Room, a leading mortgage bank, is seeking a Human Resource Manager.

Responsibilities:
- Develop HR strategies aligned with bank goals.
- Lead recruitment and onboarding.
- Manage compensation and benefits.
- Implement training initiatives.
- Oversee employee relations.
Qualifications:
