Job Description
- Naji Realties is seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Customer Care Officer for our hospitality team.
- As the first point of contact for our guests, you will provide exceptional customer service and ensure a warm and welcoming experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests, respond to inquiries, and resolve issues promptly.
- Manage check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments.
- Maintain accurate guest records and coordinate with departments.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree; 2 years of customer service or front desk experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Must reside in Lagos Island, preferably around Lekki.
