Core Responsibilities:

• Weigh and mix ingredients using appropriate methods according to master mixing instructions.
• Determine mixing sequences with knowledge of temperature effects and solubility.
• Experience in raw sugar dumping and syrup preparation in the beverage industry.
• Manage batch preparation and quality parameters.
• Operate CIP processes, pasteurizers, and homogenizers.
• Oversee water treatment processes and cleaning.
• Maintain syrup preparation records and equipment.
• Ensure a clean and organized facility, adhering to 5S standards.

Qualifications:

• Relevant post high school qualification or equivalent (HND/B.Sc).
• Organized, punctual, and proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
