Location: Lagos | Employment Type: Full Time

Salary: NGN 75,00 – 150,00

Job Summary: We are seeking an Experience Center Agent to engage with customers who are tech-savvy and customer-focused.

Responsibilities:

• Guide customers on product and service offerings.
• Educate on SLA and delivery timelines.
• Adhere to GIGL’s Standard Operating Procedures.
• Resolve complaints and ensure satisfaction.
• Inspect parcels for prohibited goods.
• Document and ensure safety of parcels.

Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: HND.
• Experience: At least 1 year.
