Qualifications: BL, LLM
Experience:
- 0 – 2 years post-bar
Must have knowledge of Corporate Commercial Law
Previous experience in Capital Market is an added advantage
Skills: Analytical, Attention to Details, Communication, Decision Making, Interpersonal Relationship, and Problem Solving
Competences: Capital Market Operations, Contract Review and Management, Corporate Commercial Law, Corporate Finance, Litigations Management, and Stock Brokerage
