Job Description
Zael Business Management & Consulting is a leading recruitment firm based in Lagos, seeking to hire a Personal Assistant. This full-time role involves providing personalized secretarial and administrative support, managing communication, and coordinating with internal and external clients.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the point of contact for the manager
- Handle phone calls and correspondence
- Manage diary, schedule meetings and appointments
- Make travel arrangements
- Maintain office filing systems
Requirements:
- High School Degree with 1-2 years experience
- Proficiency in MS Office and English
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Salary: N100,00 – N120,00 Monthly.
