Job Description

Zael Business Management & Consulting is a leading recruitment firm based in Lagos, seeking to hire a Personal Assistant. This full-time role involves providing personalized secretarial and administrative support, managing communication, and coordinating with internal and external clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the point of contact for the manager
  • Handle phone calls and correspondence
  • Manage diary, schedule meetings and appointments
  • Make travel arrangements
  • Maintain office filing systems

Requirements:

  • High School Degree with 1-2 years experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office and English
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

Salary: N100,00 – N120,00 Monthly.
