Sector: Retail (Store)

Location: Surulere, Lagos

Salary: ₦100,00 Monthly Net

Work Model: Onsite, Monday – Saturday

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise retail staff to meet objectives.
• Train employees to enhance job performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies.
• Address performance issues promptly.
• Mentor and motivate sales staff.
• Set product pricing based on market analysis.
• Ensure store operations run smoothly.
• Resolve customer complaints effectively.

Key Requirements:

• HND/BSc in any field.
• 2-3 years experience as Operations Manager in retail.
• Proficient with CRM tools.
• Strong business and management skills.
