Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Team Lead, specializing in Real Estate Sales & Business Development. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals, driving growth in the real estate sector, and developing strategic business opportunities.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Leading and mentoring a team of real estate sales representatives to meet and exceed sales targets
- Planning and implementing effective sales strategies to boost sales growth
- Identifying new business opportunities and developing relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Providing guidance, support, and training to the team to enhance their sales skills and knowledge in the real estate industry
