Job Description
VIS Ideal Concept Limited is seeking a dedicated Facility Supervisor to oversee the maintenance and management of our facilities.
- Inspect facilities for cleanliness and repair.
- Ensure proper handling and care of fittings and accessories.
- Monitor tenant activities and rent payment schedules.
- Act as the landlord of the property.
- Assist in ensuring all assigned facilities are effectively monitored weekly.
- Ensure all utilities are functioning properly.
- Perform daily inspections to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance work with vendors.
- Manage unplanned maintenance and repairs promptly.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₦70,00.00 – ₦100,00.00 per month
