Job Description
We are currently looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Success and Administrative Specialist to join our team at VisCorner. As a Customer Success and Administrative Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers’ satisfaction and providing excellent administrative support.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Building strong relationships with customers and serving as their primary point of contact
- Assisting customers with any inquiries or issues they may have, and providing timely and accurate resolutions
- Coordinating and scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and assisting with travel arrangements
- Maintaining organized customer records and updating the customer database
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and ongoing support
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. A strong customer service mindset is essential.
