Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Executive Assistant to support our CEO. The ideal candidate will manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and handle communication with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the CEO’s calendar and schedule appointments
- Prepare correspondence and reports
- Coordinate travel arrangements
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
