Job Description
- Counseling patients regarding appropriate use of medications
- Overseeing daily ordering
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to plan, monitor, review, and evaluate patient effectiveness
- Recommending drug therapy changes when appropriate or necessary
- Provides guidance on the potential uses of telemedicine and outlines the opportunities and limitations of technology
