FirstExcelsia Professional Services is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Associate to lead its Energy & Project Finance Team.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the energy and project finance team on diverse transactions.
- Advise on structuring project finance transactions.
- Conduct legal due diligence and draft key documents.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Specifications:
- LLB, BL required; LLM is a plus.
- Minimum 8 years post-call experience.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
Pay: ₦750,00.00 – ₦900,00.00 per month
