Salary: NGN 150,00 – 250,00 Plus Commission
Job Summary
The Agency Manager/Team Lead will oversee the team’s daily operations, support team members, and ensure targets are met.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Qualification: Degree
- Experience Level: Mid-level
- Experience Length: 3 years
Responsibilities:
- Manage performance of Team leads/Risk Advisors.
- Ensure smooth daily operations of the marketing team.
- Provide training and collaborate with departments.
Requirements:
- Strong leadership skills.
- Deep understanding of insurance products.
- Commitment to exceptional customer service.
