Job Description

The Sales Merchandiser is responsible for optimizing the presence and performance of products in retail stores. Key responsibilities include stocking stores, creating attractive displays, and monitoring sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Stocking stores with the right products
• Developing effective product displays
• Building relationships with store personnel
• Submitting reports on sales performance
• Updating displays for promotions
• Addressing customer concerns

Requirements:

• Minimum OND in Marketing or related field
• Experience in merchandising or retail sales preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to lift products and set up displays
• Familiarity with local market trends advantageous
• Knowledge of merchandising best practices
