Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Product Manager (Credit Cards). As a Product Manager, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing strategies to drive the growth and profitability of our credit card products.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of our credit card products, from ideation to launch and ongoing optimization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and operations to develop innovative product features and enhancements that meet the needs of our customers and contribute to the overall business objectives.

You will be required to conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. This will involve gathering insights from various sources, such as surveys, customer feedback, and industry reports, to inform product roadmap decisions and drive continuous improvement.

Additionally, you will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective go-to-market strategies, pricing models, and promotion campaigns to drive customer acquisition and retention. You will also be responsible for monitoring the performance of our credit card products, analyzing key metrics, and making data-driven recommendations for optimization.

The ideal candidate should have a solid background in product management, preferably in the credit card industry. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to translate customer insights into actionable product features are essential for success in this role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also necessary for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
