Job Description
We are looking for a focused and motivated Management Trainee Analyst to join our team. This entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates looking to gain hands-on experience in data analysis, recruitment, and general office tasks.
POSITION SUMMARY & KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Collect, organize, and analyze data for business decisions.
- Create reports and dashboards to visualize key metrics.
- Assist in developing data-driven strategies for process improvement.
- Support recruitment processes and onboarding activities.
- Provide administrative support and assist various departments.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in social science, engineering, or IT.
- Minimum of 5 O’level credits including Math and English.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to multitask, good communication, and attention to detail.
