Job Description
Oasis Africa Consulting Limited is seeking a Procurement Officer for its downstream business in the Nigerian Oil and Gas industry.

Job Description:
- Implement vendor sourcing process following procurement guidelines
- Forecast procurement requirements and maintain vendor relationships
- Coordinate with divisions to expedite procurement process
- Monitor spending to ensure budget compliance
- Negotiate supplier terms for favorable terms
- Supervise material delivery inspections and process vendor invoices
- Conduct due diligence on suppliers and evaluate offers
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree / HND in relevant discipline
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in Procurement focusing on petroleum products
- Member of Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply (CIPS)
