Job Description
Esporta Hotels is a wholly owned Nigerian Company with a vision to provide excellent services. We are currently seeking a Human Resource Intern based in Lagos to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
- Update company databases with new employee records.
- Screen resumes to identify potential candidates for job vacancies.
- Assist in organizing company events.
- Send job offers and rejection letters to candidates.
- Schedule interviews with shortlisted candidates.
- Post job ads on various platforms.
- Assist in employment forms and market salary information gathering.
- Coordinate recruitment processes.
- Handle HR-related matters and employee benefits.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Industrial Relations, Business Management, or related field.
- Minimum one year of office environment experience.
- Understanding of labor laws and HRIS software desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong teamwork, analytical, and communication skills.
