Job Description
As a Learning Experience Consultant, you will be responsible for designing and implementing engaging learning strategies to enhance employee performance. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to identify training needs and develop customized learning solutions.
- Conduct needs assessments and evaluate training programs.
- Create interactive e-learning modules and workshops.
- Provide guidance on instructional design best practices.
This role requires a strong background in instructional design, excellent communication skills, and a passion for continuous learning and development.
