Job Description

1. Welcome and greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.

2. Take drink orders from guests and provide recommendations based on their preferences.

3. Prepare and serve a diverse range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and specialty drinks.

4. Mix and garnish drinks according to established recipes and customer preferences.

5. Ensure accuracy in measuring and pouring ingredients to maintain consistent quality and taste.

6. Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including stocking supplies, cleaning glasses, and utensils.

7. Engage with guests, providing a friendly and attentive service experience.

8. Process guest payments accurately and efficiently, handling cash and credit card transactions.

9. Stay up-to-date with current beverage trends, new drink recipes, and industry best practices.

10. Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service and proper sanitation practices.

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Lagos: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Bartending: 1 year (Required)
