Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Facility Manager to oversee the operations, maintenance, and safety of our facility. The role requires on-site presence four full days a week to ensure efficient operations. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day facility operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, coordinating with service providers, and overseeing maintenance staff.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years experience in facilities management, property maintenance, and building operations
- Good crisis management skills
- Experience in managing vendor and contractor relationships
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Knowledge of building systems, maintenance procedures, and safety regulations
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work on-site four full days each week and respond to emergencies
