We are currently seeking a Sales/Admin Officer to join our team at Whip-smart Service Providers.

Job Description:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet monthly targets.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, social media, and cold calling.
• Maintain and expand the client database by building and maintaining relationships with key clients.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients to ensure a positive experience.
• Ability to prioritize, plan, and organize work in a busy environment.
• Good personal and interpersonal skills in communication, teamwork, self-motivation, initiative, and attention to detail.
• Strong innovative thinking and people management skills.

Qualifications:

• BSc or Higher National Diploma in Sales and Marketing, Business Management, or related field.

Working Experience:

• 2+ years in a similar role.
• Solid knowledge of office procedures.
• Proficient in basic computer skills.
