Xymbolic Development Limited, a top real estate company in Lagos, is seeking an Executive Assistant to the CEO. Responsibilities include supporting the CEO, managing administrative tasks, implementing ideas, and ensuring office efficiency.

• Collaborate with the CEO on reports, proposals, and contract development with key stakeholders.
• Update and implement strategies with clear timelines.
• Assist in overseeing new initiatives and business growth areas.
• Conduct research, create reports, and maintain records for decision-making.

Requirements:

• First degree in Business Management (Second Class Upper).
• 1-2 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant.
• Research and analytical skills, excellent communication, and proficiency in Google Suite.
