Job Description
As a Customer Service Representative Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives to ensure excellent customer support and satisfaction. Your duties include overseeing daily operations, resolving escalated customer issues, and developing strategies to improve service quality.
You must have strong communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to analyze data and customer feedback to drive improvement initiatives. Previous experience in customer service and a proven track record of managing teams effectively are preferred.
