Job Description
Call customers using the customer contact provided in-house.
Sell the company’s product to customers, physically and via telephone in a courteous manner.
Monitor customer’s transaction until disbursement is done.
Follow up with Credit to ensure prompt resolution of customer’s request.
Ensure that daily reports are made available to department head before the close of business daily.
Ensure that all assigned tasks are dealt with before the close of business daily; if not, provide feedback to the department head.
Listen to customer needs, track trends, monitor competition, work on brand values, and search for new marketing tools.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₦90,00.00 per month
