Job Description:

• Reporting to the Sales Manager, responsible for generating new business within the direct market.
• Engage with customers in the gift shop, upsell, cross-sell, and maintain positive relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct sales and follow up for reorders.
• Understand customer needs and deliver effective presentations.
• Record price agreements and nurture client connections.
• Provide product samples and follow through.

• Proven sales professional with strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
