Job Description
Job Summary:
A Fashion outfit in Lagos requires a production supervisor to oversee production and ensure timely delivery of orders. Responsibilities include managing tailoring process, guiding a team of tailors, conducting quality checks, fabric management, customer interaction, coordinating schedules, resolving production issues, ensuring safety, and meeting production targets.
Job Description/Requirements:
Responsibilities:
- Managing efficient production and quality standards
- Supervising and guiding a team of tailors
- Creating and managing patterns for cutting
- Overseeing fabric selection and inventory management
- Interacting with customers and coordinating schedules
- Identifying production issues and ensuring equipment maintenance
- Keeping up-to-date with fashion trends and industry developments
Requirements:

- Minimum OND qualification
