Job Summary: The Site Manager oversees all site operations, ensuring efficient construction site functioning. Responsibilities include daily reporting, inventory management, issue resolution, and requisition management for project progress.
Responsibilities:
- Manage site operations for safety compliance and project requirements.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and personnel for workflow efficiency.
- Prepare and submit weekly reports on-site activities and progress updates.
- Monitor inventory and building materials to prevent shortages.
- Resolve site discrepancies promptly to maintain project timelines.
- Collaborate with stakeholders for issue resolution and effective solutions.
- Manage site requisitions for construction activities.
Requirements:
- Degree in Civil Engineering or related fields.
- 2+ years as a project manager.
- Project management, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong time management abilities.
