Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Head of Operations with a strong background in operational management, particularly within startup and fast-paced environments. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless execution of our operations, from production to logistics while maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- New Sales and Marketing initiatives
- Business expansion into new markets
- Setting and achieving sales targets

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in operational management, with a proven track record of success in startup environments
