We are seeking a Procurement Officer to join our team in Victoria Island, Lagos.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet organizational needs
- Source and evaluate suppliers based on quality, price, and timeliness
- Maintain accurate procurement records and manage contracts
- Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with regulations
- Monitor supplier performance for timely delivery and quality
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to assess procurement needs
- Conduct market research for new suppliers and products
- Analyze procurement data and report on supplier performance
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field with 3-5 years of experience
- Proven experience in procurement within the Health, Wellness, and Fitness industry
- Knowledge of sourcing, negotiation, and contracting processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Understanding of local and international procurement regulations
