Job Description
Safeboxx Technologies Ltd is currently seeking a Collection Agent to join our Sales team. This is a contracting position based in Lagos in the Banking, Finance & Insurance industry. The salary is negotiable and will be less than NGN 75,00.
Job Summary: As a Collection Agent, you will be responsible for providing correct and complete information to customers regarding our products and services. You will also be involved in the collection and onboarding of customers according to the schedule. It is important that you obtain customer information and determine their eligibility based on the provided requirements. Additionally, you will be expected to identify and onboard viable agents or locations for onboarding purposes. Prompt completion of the account opening/onboarding process and resolution of customer issues and complaints are also part of your responsibilities.
Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualification of OND
- At least 1 year of working experience
The ideal candidate will be confident, target-driven, customer-centric, and have proven customer support experience.
Location: Applicants must be living in Lagos.
