Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Front Desk Officer to join our team. As a Front Desk Officer, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing outstanding customer service and administrative support.
Responsibilities include greeting visitors, answering inquiries, and managing incoming calls. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be well-organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience in a similar role or customer service is preferred. Knowledge of office equipment and basic computer skills are required.
