Job Description
Divergent Solutions, a Non-Government Organisation focused on youth development and gender inclusion, is seeking a Project Management Officer in Ikoyi, Lagos for a full-time role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee project planning, execution, and completion.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve project goals.
- Develop project plans, budgets, and schedules.
- Manage project resources efficiently.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
- Monitor project progress and performance.
- Prepare project reports and ensure compliance.
- Facilitate team communication and workflow.
- Evaluate project outcomes and provide recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of HND or higher qualification.
- 3 years of project management experience.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Project management certification is a plus.
Salary: N150,00 – N200,00 / Month
