Job Description

The Relationship Management Executive (RME) / Relationship Manager (RM) / Business Development/Business Manager (BM) at Optiva Capital Partners will be responsible for initiating, maintaining, and deepening new/existing business relationships. This field-based role involves prospecting targeted individuals to match the company’s prospective clients and converting them into clients. Ensuring client contact, resolving queries, and facilitating the provision of product quotes are key responsibilities.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute daily field sales calls
  • Contact each client at least once a month via phone, visit, email, etc.
  • Visit each client at least once every quarter
  • Send timely renewal notices to clients
  • Provide proactive support for document delivery and client queries
  • Maintain good client relationships

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₦450,00.00 per month

Education: Higher National Diploma (Preferred)

Experience: 5 years working experience (Required)

Location: Lagos (Preferred)
