Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Coordinator in the Care.Human Resources department. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and coordinating various HR activities.
Your main responsibilities will include assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes, maintaining employee records, conducting orientation sessions, and organizing training programs. Additionally, you will play a key role in ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures.
The ideal candidate for this position has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. Previous experience in HR or a related field is preferred.
