Job Description
HR PRO Consulting, a top recruitment agency, seeks a meticulous Ticketer to manage ticket bookings for clients.
Job Description:
- Book and issue tickets for flights and other transportation modes.
- Update itineraries, handle changes, cancellations, and refunds efficiently.
- Maintain accurate booking records and provide travel information to clients.
- Collaborate with airlines, hotels, and travel providers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of ticketing or reservation experience.
- Proficiency in booking platforms with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Salary: N80,00 – N100,00 per month.
