Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- The Outlet Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a hospitality outlet, such as a restaurant, bar, café, or retail shop within a hotel or resort.
- This role involves managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, optimizing sales, and maintaining high standards of quality and hygiene.
Requirements:
- Candidates must have 3 years of experience in the hospitality industry.
- Must be 27 – 35 years of age.
- Mature to take decisions and ready to go the extra mile, must be goal-oriented, and have the ability to meet and surpass targets.
- Good people management and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Good inventory management and financial management skills.
