Job Summary

We are looking for a bright, hardworking, self-motivated individual to join our vibrant business development team. The candidate should have a keen interest in business growth and the ability to develop strategies aligned with the organization’s goals.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in coordinating team developmental objectives by communicating job expectations and planning, monitoring, and appraising business objectives.
  • Develop, coordinate, and enforce systems, policies, procedures, and productivity standards.
  • Collaborate with the team to set goals and priorities while providing feedback and coaching.
  • Oversee the budget and handle day-to-day operations.

Requirements:

  • OND in Business Administration or any related field.
  • 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Great communication skills.
  • Good leadership skills.
