Job Responsibilities:
- Continuous review and update of compliance framework
- Efficient administration of Company Secretariat
- Co-ordinate Board and Committee matters
- Provide guidance and support to the Board
- Plan and implement Shareholder Meetings
- Interact with shareholders and company registrars
- Timely filing of regulatory reports
Requirements:
- Law degree or Bachelor’s in Admin or related field
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Packages
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
