Job Description
- To follow up with the crewing Managers and coordinate all crew movements
- To follow up on all Visa requests and provide necessary docs
- To arrange crew medicals and follow up with the Dr on crew medical status and update the Managers
- To follow up and arrange SUPDNT, SIRE Inspector & Tech Visa’s and coordinate their movements
- To arrange Airport clearance etc. for the Expat crew & other personal visit
- To arrange sign on/sign off formalities for the crew (Immigration stamping etc.)
- To arrange Immigration shore pass for the SUDNT, SIRE & Tech etc. to attend the Vessels at ports & anchorage
- To follow up and coordinate with our agents outside Lagos for all personal movements
- To arrange hotel stay etc. when necessary
- To maintain all records on crew changes and other personal movements
- To process hotel, hospital & sub agents bills on obtaining PO from the Managers
- Any other jobs as assigned
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₦300,00.00 – ₦400,00.00 per month
