Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facility Manager to oversee the operations and maintenance of our client’s facility. This role involves managing a team, ensuring the efficient operation of facilities, and maintaining a safe and productive environment for all occupants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facility Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations efficiently.
  • Maintenance Management: Develop and implement maintenance schedules.
  • Vendor Management: Coordinate with external vendors for timely services.
  • Safety and Compliance: Ensure a safe working environment.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and lead a high-performing facility staff.
  • Budget Management: Prepare cost-effective solutions.
  • Emergency Response: Implement emergency plans.
  • Reporting: Maintain records and prepare reports.

Qualifications:

  • Education: B.Sc / HND in Facility Management or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in facility management.
