Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facility Manager to oversee the operations and maintenance of our client’s facility. This role involves managing a team, ensuring the efficient operation of facilities, and maintaining a safe and productive environment for all occupants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facility Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations efficiently.
- Maintenance Management: Develop and implement maintenance schedules.
- Vendor Management: Coordinate with external vendors for timely services.
- Safety and Compliance: Ensure a safe working environment.
- Team Leadership: Manage and lead a high-performing facility staff.
- Budget Management: Prepare cost-effective solutions.
- Emergency Response: Implement emergency plans.
- Reporting: Maintain records and prepare reports.
Qualifications:
- Education: B.Sc / HND in Facility Management or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in facility management.
