Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Front Desk / Customer Care Representative. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and assistance.
Responsibilities include greeting and assisting customers, answering inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor are essential.
Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required. Training will be provided for the right candidate who displays a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
