Job Description
- Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
- Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate platforms
- Source and recruit candidates using various channels
- Screen candidates resumes and applications
- Conduct interviews using reliable selection tools
- Assess applicants’ skills, experience, and aptitudes
- Onboard new employees for integration
- Apply HR recruiting best practices
- Provide analytical recruiting reports
- Build candidate relationships and promote company reputation
