Job Summary
We are seeking an Operations Officer to join our team. As an Operations Officer, you will oversee and streamline operational processes within our digital banking institution to ensure efficiency, compliance, and seamless customer experiences.
- Minimum Qualification: HND
- Experience Level: Entry level
- Experience Length: 2 years
Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient processing of transactions.
- Monitor and manage the flow of financial operations.
- Support the customer service team in resolving complex operational issues.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on operational performance and key metrics.
- Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and compliant with regulatory standards.
Requirements:
- HND/Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience and strong understanding in an operational role within the banking or financial services industry, and digital banking environment.
