Job Summary
The purpose of the job is to achieve maximum sales and volume growth of the company’s product through sales to end users within an assigned territory.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Partnership with all MEGA Retail outfits in Nigeria.
- Business development through tracking latest market trends and identifying opportunities.
- Creative engagement of Partners outlets for maximum revenue generation.
- New product introduction and listing.
- Trade terms enforcement.
- Management of merchandisers.
- Monitor and report on market and competitor activities and provide relevant reports.
- Merchandisers’ roles definition, management, and engagement.
- Deliveries and RMA Management.
Requirements:
- At least a bachelor’s degree or equivalent with a relevant certification in sales.
- Great business communication (including written and verbal) skills.
- Expert presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Good carriage, professional appearance, and outlook to work.
- Strong ethical perspectives.
