Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at NimbleByte Global. The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of office and clerical duties, and provide administrative support to our sales team.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Perform office and clerical duties, including data entry and record-keeping
- Upload properties to our web application
- Provide administrative support to the sales team
- Collaborate with other departments for seamless communication
- Compile and analyze data
- Verify client, developer, and agent information
- Make cold calls to potential clients
- Develop and maintain effective relationships
- Demonstrate exceptional communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a similar role or as a banking teller
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
Salary: N220,00 monthly (Net).
