Position: Freelance Recruiter
Location: Remote
Job Description: Join GrowthFn as a Sourcing Specialist. Responsible for recruiting talents for BPO & Non-BPO organizations. Utilize different sourcing channels including Job Portals, Social Media, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing talents through various channels.
- Coordinate candidate interviews with Team Leader.
- Sourcing talents from APAC Region.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Minimum 1 year experience in Recruitment Sourcing.
